Return & Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may raise a exchange or return request within 7 days of delivery by following the below steps:

1. You can either call or whatsapp on +91 70143 59490 or email us on alexandritecompany@gmail.com
2. We only offer exchanges after a purchase. If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we can issue a refund of 50% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and taxes.
3. We will send you the return shipping labels on your registered email address.
4. Ship the item back to us in its original condition, including all tags and the original packaging in which the product was delivered. If the item is found to be damaged, cracked, or altered in any way, no refund or exchange will be issued.
5. Once the product is received in there original condition, we will initiate the refund or exchange within 7-15 business days.
6. In case of refund, the amount will be processed to your original mode of payment within 15 days from the date the return is received.

After 15 days, all sales are final.
Customized and personalized items are non-refundable.
Item can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please follow the same steps for return as mentioned above.
